  • Coordinate with architect and contractors to prepare renovation budgets and schedules
  • Participate in lease negotiations with focus on demised premises, landlord space condition responsibilities, appropriate allowances, utilities capacity and responsibilities, maintenance and care responsibilities, project management issues, etc.
  • Review delivered conditions before recommending acceptance of premises from landlord
  • Work with real estate manager, brokers, attorney, architect, potential contractors, and landlord
