Overview:  Our desired Project Manager is a dynamic and trustworthy person that thrives on overcoming challenges, leads internal staff and external vendors with professionalism, organizes a myriad of details in an effective manner, and proactively keeps an eye on the competing goals of each assignment.

Requirements:  Qualified candidates shall possess a bachelor’s degree in construction, architecture or building engineering, have pursued advanced training and certifications, earned 7+ years of related work experience, be proficient using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Project.

Assistant Project Manager

Overview: Real Projectives is seeking a qualified individual to join our growing consulting firm to support Project Managers and manage a variety of building tenant and capital improvements as well as support oversight and management of new development projects throughout the U.S.  This position is not a direct supervisory position although will oversee and coordinate outside vendors.

Requirements: Qualified candidates shall possess a bachelor’s degree in construction, architecture or building engineering, have related work experience, and are pursuing advanced training and certifications.  Must be proficient at advanced levels of using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Project.

Internships

Overview:  Our interns see the broad spectrum of construction management and real estate development.  As owner representatives and professional advisors, we offer a unique opportunity for interns to see projects at all phases from early conception, due-diligence, property acquisition, design, pre-construction, and through construction and transition to occupancy.  Furthermore, we expose interns to many different property types and a variety of clientele throughout the United States.

Requirements:  

  • No experience necessary;
  • Desire to learn fast, contribute heartily, and grow in new ways;
  • Pursuing undergraduate studies in construction management, civil engineering, architectural engineering, architecture, real estate, etc.;
  • Able to use Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Project.
