RPL managed the renovations as agent of Maret School and in conjunction with DC Recreation and Parks.

Unique Approach

• Considerable stabilization of land and preparation for new lighted synthetic turf fields.
• Replacement of old pool with larger pool in time for seasonal use.

Outcomes

• Work completed on time and within budget.
• New facilities served as beneficial to private school and local community.

Scope of Work

A public-private partnership to replace older ball fields to a new synthetic-turf, multi-sport field with lighting and new modern outdoor pool.
