Unique Approach
- This was the partner’s first venture into the Louisville market.
- This was a new partner and a new deal structure for our investor client so there were various elements that we influenced to get both parties comfortable.
- The project encountered challenges with elevator inspection and city inspectors causing the final certificate of occupancy to get pushed later. While the team waited for the elevator company and city inspector, the contractor pressed forward to complete the site work and apartments.
Outcomes
- Project delivered near planned time.
- Project delivered on budget.
