Scope of Work

New development of a modern, high-rise apartment building that appeals to students at nearby Rutgers University. Twenty-one story structure includes 3-5 bedroom apartments with amazing amenities leasing center, study lounges, fitness room, game and media lounge, pet walk and wash areas, rooftop fire pit and grilling terrace, indoor garage parking, and ground-floor retail.
