It is not unusual for our efforts to save the client, by avoiding mishaps and controlling changes, more than the cost of our fees. And if we don’t think you’ll benefit from our involvement, we will tell you so. Unlike many consulting firms, you don’t pay for reports by the pound only to sit on a shelf as our deliverables are concise and actionable.
