We advise on, oversee and manage projects across a spectrum of technical and managerial issues related to the entire lifecycle of commercial real estate from concept through design, construction, renovation, operations and maintenance. And, we serve in multiple roles including real estate consultant, owner representative and program manager.

We have unwavering passion combined with decades of deep experience throughout the entire commercial real estate life cycle enabling us to get things done effectively. We start by listening, clarifying and understanding our client’s needs and relevant success and failure parameters. Then, we thoughtfully organize and intentionally communicate among dedicated teams to relentlessly drive results while proactively managing risks.

We don’t like to use the term “giving back” as that implies that we weren’t there in the first place. So, we are active in the communities in which we live and work —  volunteering as individuals with local civil and trade organizations as well as sponsoring activities and donations as a company. While work is important, we believe in getting to know each other and our families and having fun as a group too.  The Company hosts casual events such as in-house lunches, happy hours, mini-golf tournament, group activities, and an annual picnic with families.
