A medical research and analysis firm signed a lease with an opportunity to build out a new office suite. In order to fulfill a turnkey arrangement, the Landlord engaged Real Projectives® to be the project manager.

Our Role

RPL served as project manager overseeing the architect and engineering team to prepare drawings that satisfied the tenants needs and supervising the general contractor to complete the work with expected quality, on time and within budget.

Unique Approach

  • While most of the build out involved standard components, the server room required design and installation of special mechanical, fire protection and electrical systems.
  • At the time, the base building was also undergoing upgrades that were coordinated to not disrupt each other.


  • Project was completed within tight time constraints.
  • Client was very happy with their new work spaces.

Build out of interior suite that included open and closed work spaces, conference rooms, modern break room, and critical server room.
