• Advised and monitored risks as major staff changes occurred within the General Contractor and Architectural teams through project.

• Project completed to high quality standards, allowing for a successful lease-up and very few follow up issues.

Scope of Work

A 95-unit, Class A assisted-living (AL) and memory care (MC) facility in the Liberty Park Community, Jefferson County (near Birmingham, AL). Contains Cahaba Lounge dining, AL and MC dining room, dedicated AL private dining room, surround-sound theatre, arts & crafts studio, library, salon, fitness center and rehabilitation space, memory care and assisted-living courtyards.
