Real Projectives® is proud to announce that Natasha Lee joined our team in June 2021 as Executive Assistant and Office Manager.
Lee’s passion for productivity and efficiency have led her to a decades long career managing offices and supporting executives. Her suite of talents strengthens Real Projectives® day-to-day operations and keeps our team delivering the best services for our clients.
As an executive assistant, Lee supports our Owner and Principal daily helping to prioritize a multitude of initiatives and coordinate numerous activities. Additionally, she maintains an effective and efficient office environment, takes care of our financial accounts, and works with our external human resources consultant and internal managers to keep employees satisfied. Lee’s also responsible for onboarding new employees of our growing company.
Lee brings a diverse knowledge of business, having worked previously in several different fields. This wide knowledge aids her in creating and maintaining strong office communications. One of her favorite talents is blending technical and analytical problem-solving skills to ensure productivity.
In addition to Lee’s relevant experiences, she comes to us with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the esteemed Howard University College of Business. When not dreaming about vacationing in Jamaica, she enjoys dining among a variety of cuisines. We’re thrilled to welcome Lee to the Real Projectives® team and look forward to doing great work together.
